Klaas is one of the most affable yet determined people I have known. I was fabricator for the A410 Le Mans prototypes back about 2000.
The resort was at first going to be built in Surrey but I think he made the right choice in Spain.

Klaas has built his personal dream track and as he mentions, it is important that it makes an operating profit. He also mentions that he will never realise any real return on his investment. It’s like renting out a property that just covers your maintenance costs without getting any real contribution to the mortgage… that said he is probably getting some massive tax write off somewhere along the line

Do bear in mind that this fellar is running this personal track as a business. So, even if he says, no,no, no… this isn’t about money… well, it has to be. A personal track just doesn’t make sense. Love the place though and wish I could go tix anyone?
